We stand behind our work and want you to feel confident in choosing us to handle your furry friend’s business. That’s why we’ve designed a straightforward return and refund policy that puts your peace of mind first.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your service at any time, no questions asked. Whether you’ve signed up for twice-a-week pickups, bi-weekly service, or anything in between, simply head to your account page and cancel whenever you need. Life changes, and we get it – there’s no penalty, no fine print, and no hassle involved.
How Cancellations Work
If you cancel before any services have been provided that month, your cancellation takes effect immediately and no charges will apply. However, if any service visit has already been completed in the current month, you will be charged for the full month and service will end after that month concludes
Service Guarantees
Standard of Excellence – Missed Pickups
We take pride in our work. If any poop is missed during a scheduled service, we guarantee to return as soon as humanly possible at no additional charge to make it right. This is our Standard of Excellence.
To report a missed pickup, contact us at any time through your account page or reach out directly. We rely on you to let us know when we’ve missed a spot – we can’t fix what we don’t know about. Once reported, we’ll schedule a free return visit within that same week to complete the job.
Prepaid Annual Services
Annual prepay packages cannot be refunded. When you commit to a full year of service upfront, you’re locking in our best rates. This pricing reflects that long-term commitment, so refunds on annual prepayments aren’t available. However, you can still cancel future services at any time – you’ll simply use up the prepaid balance you have remaining.
Monthly Subscriptions
If you cancel your subscription mid-month after any services have already been completed, no refund will be issued for that month. Service will end after that month concludes.
Refunds
Any refunds due will be returned to your original payment method within 5 business days, not including processing times of your payment method. Cancellations and refunds can be managed anytime through your account page.
